P is for Panini!

Oh yes - I have fallen in love.  With my new sandwich press.


I have always enjoyed a good panini, but now I am able to make them at home!!! For the last four days I have enjoyed them for lunch.  They are so much more tasty than the traditional toasted sandwich.  I am starting off simple - ham and cheese, cheese and tomato, etc.  But please do share your panini suggestions below as I would love to try them!

    I love banana, raisin, cinnamon, and brown sugar, for a wee change from the savoury :)

    Paninis are good. And you can put anything in them. Yum!
